That chick from Grey's Anatomy needs a stylist

With so many people actually having boobs down to their knees, why in the world would someone chose a dress that makes them look that way?

I haven't hated a signature acting style this much since Ally McBeal. They both do that obnoxious stutter thing, "I-I-I-I think you know that we-we-we-we could be good."
